Role Overview:

• Experience working with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
• Experience with custom WordPress theme development.
• Experience with WordPress plugin development.
• Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL for data integration
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

IT Infrastructure Manager

Full job description

Responsibilities: -

Managing IT Projects and Team, Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the client’s network and infrastructure.

Role Overview:

• Monitor clients' IT platforms and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure clients' cloud infrastructure is operating securely and efficiently
• Act as a key point of contact in managing clients' Azure Virtual Desktop
• Maintain a high level of security with regards to Office 365 (Exchange Online)
• Collaborate with he projects team to successfully deliver a range of exciting & complex cloud migration and implementation projects
• Administration tasks through Office 365 admin centres -SharePoint, Teams, Autopilot, Intune -Work alongside and advise account managers to lead the technology change process for clients' IT systems and infrastructure
• Act as the key escalation point for all change and transformation processes
• Act as a senior point of escalation for Tier 1 & Tier 2 engineers, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
• Take a lead on patch management for client's infrastructure, including software and hardware
• Identify opportunities for processes to be automatedTechnical Requirements
• Azure infrastructure
• SCCM or Intune
• Exchange and Office 365
• SharePoint
• Servers – Windows and virtualised (VMware or Hyper-V)
• PowerShell or Bash scripting
• Backups (Veeam, Symantec, or Commvault)

Qualifications: -

• Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols

• Experience with disaster recovery planning and implementation
• Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Valid driving license must
